We are seeking multiple positions in the ICT Industry for our clients across Australia.
Software Engineer
Salary: from AUD 110,000 to 120,000 plus superannuation per year
Type of Employment: Full time
Duties and Responsibilities
Researching, consulting, analyzing, and evaluating system program needs and
software application requirements for enterprise clients.
Designing, developing, modifying, testing, and implementing software applications
and complex ICT systems in line with technical specifications.
Writing, debugging, testing, and maintaining high-quality program code to meet
system requirements and technical designs.
Writing and maintaining technical documentation, system architectures, and end-
user operational procedures.
Diagnosing and resolving system bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security
vulnerabilities within established quality standards.
Skills and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information
Technology, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of professional hands-on experience in software development
across the full software development lifecycle .
Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or
JavaScript/TypeScript) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with experience in Agile
working environments.
ICT Business Analyst
Location: Across Australia
Salary: from AUD 110,000 to 120,000 plus superannuation per year
Type of Employment: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, operational procedures,
and work practices across client ICT environments.
Working directly with key stakeholders to formulate, refine, and document business
requirements and functional specifications.
Evaluating process inefficiencies and recommending optimal software solutions,
workflows, and system functionality.
Using data and process modeling techniques to create clear technical specifications
for system development teams.
Overseeing functional deployment, developing test plans, and preparing user training
documentation to ensure software solution quality.
Skills and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, IT,
or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an ICT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
role.
Proven capability in requirements gathering, process mapping (BPMN), gap
analysis, and Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, technical documentation, and verbal
communication skills.
IT Senior Consultant and IT Principal Consultant
Location: Across Australia
Salary: from AUD 130,000 to 180,000 plus superannuation per year
Type of Employment: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing high-level technical, strategic, and advisory consultancy services to
commercial and government clients on complex ICT transformations.
- Leading the planning, scoping, delivery, and governance of enterprise technology
initiatives, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Conducting deep-dive system architecture reviews,
risk assessments, and
technical audits to resolve complex operational challenges.
- Managing senior technical teams, vendor relationships, and key client executive
relationships.
- Defining technical strategy, designing solution roadmaps, and mentoring junior
engineering and consulting personnel.
Skills and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive professional experience in ICT consulting,
technical program delivery, or senior solutions architecture.
Demonstrated expertise in managing high-stakes client engagements, digital
transformation strategies, and enterprise vendor environments.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP/PRINCE2, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions
Architect Professional) are highly regarded.
ICT Sales Manager
Location: Across Australia
Salary: from AUD 130,000 to 160,000 plus superannuation per year

Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and executing comprehensive regional ICT sales strategies to achieve
organizational growth targets and expand market share.
- Directing, mentoring, and managing business development teams, account
managers, and technical sales personnel.
- Managing end-to-end sales pipelines, from lead qualification and complex solution
bidding (RFP/RFI) to executive-level contract negotiations.
- Analyzing ICT market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging technology
demands to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Cultivating and maintaining long-term commercial relationships with strategic C-
level client stakeholders across Australia.
Skills and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
