Our client, The Trustee for Residential Fitout Projects (VIC) Trust, trading as Architek Interiors (ABN 90 443 514 719), operates within the residential joinery and interior fit-out sector, specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of custom cabinetry. The business delivers tailored kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, and storage solutions for homeowners, builders, and renovation contractors, with a strong focus on high-quality craftsmanship and modern interior design.
Architek Interiors manages the full production process—from design consultation and digital drafting to material selection, CNC machining, fabrication, and finishing. Its workshop operations involve exact cutting, edge-banding, joinery assembly, sanding, and spray-painting, followed by onsite installation to ensure accuracy, durability, and compliance with Australian construction standards. The company’s public project portfolio highlights bespoke cabinetry, contemporary residential interiors, and functional storage solutions, demonstrating skill in working with engineered board materials, veneers, hardwoods, and integrated hardware systems.
The business provides essential support to the residential building and renovation sector by delivering technically complex and customised fit-out services. These operations directly relate to the nominated role, requiring staff who can interpret technical drawings, operate manufacturing equipment, construct cabinetry components, and complete professional installations.
