JDA Collective is hiring a Chef/Cook (Grade 3-5) for Mermaid Beach Tavern on the Gold Coast. You will work under the Head Chef to prepare and present top-quality pub dishes in a high-turnover kitchen. The role is permanent and requires nights and weekend rosters.
Ideal candidates are trade-qualified with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, at least 3 years post-qualification experience, and a passion for great food in a busy hospitality setting.
