This contractor has a strong pipeline of secured work across early works, bulk earthworks, excavation and civil infrastructure projects. You will be joining a business with experienced Project Managers, Engineers, Leading Hands, reliable plant and established subcontractors.

The role You will take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, including:
- Supervising crews, operators and subcontractors
- Coordinating plant, labour and materials
- Managing early works, bulk earthworks, excavation and drainage activities
- Keeping works safe, productive and on programme
- Running pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily site coordination
- Managing quality checks, inspections and site documentation
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Engineers
- Identifying issues early and keeping the project moving
What you will need
- Min 5 years expereince as a Supervisor across early works or deep excavataion earthworks
- Solid leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple work fronts
- Good understanding of site safety, quality and productivity
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate plant, crews and subcontractors
- White Card and current driver licence
- Strong communication and a practical, hands-on approach
