We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Data Engineers to join our growing Data & AI team in Melbourne. You will work alongside experienced consultants, architects, engineers, and data scientists, helping organisations unlock value from their data through the design, development, and support of modern cloud-based data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities. Our team delivers enterprise-scale solutions across a range of industries, leveraging technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, and Generative AI.

As a Graduate Data Engineer, you will work closely with experienced data professionals to support the development and maintenance of modern data platforms and data products. You will assist in building and optimising data pipelines using Python and SQL, perform data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL/ELT) activities, and help ensure data quality, reliability, and governance across enterprise environments.



You will contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-native data solutions on platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, support analytics and reporting initiatives, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure data solutions.

A key part of this role will be exposure to AI-assisted delivery practices that are transforming how modern data platforms are built and operated. You will have the opportunity to work with AI-powered development tools and delivery accelerators to support solution design, code generation, testing, documentation, data modelling, and analytics development. You will learn how organisations are combining data engineering, machine learning, and Generative AI capabilities to create intelligent applications, data products, and advanced analytics solutions.
