Full-Time, Fixed Term Maternity Leave Replacement
$70,440 + $75,723 Super (annual full-time salary)
Pro‑Rata Salary per annum (1.00 FTE, incl. 7 weeks leave): $66,390 + $71,369 + Super
Commencing January 2027 (with the possibility of an earlier start date)
Applications are welcomed from passionate individuals with the skills and enthusiasm to support our Heads of Campus, Heads of Sub-School, Heads of Teaching & Learning, Teaching staff in charge of Camps and Camps Co-ordinators with the planning and coordination of all Camps, Excursions, and major cross-campus events throughout the year.
This role is responsible for planning, researching camps and event venues, administration, documentation, and liaison with staff at different levels to ensure that we cover all risk, compliance, bookings and stakeholder communications. This is a fantastic prospect for an experienced and organised administrator to work in a fun and busy role with a collaborative and supportive team at our Tyabb Campus.
We are seeking an experienced administrator that is comfortable with multi-tasking, is digital savvy, and is a highly detailed person but also enjoys all the elements of events planning.

About the Position
- Full-time, Ongoing, Maternity Leave Replacement
- The role is responsible for the planning, coordination and administration of Camps, Excursions, School Productions and major College events across the Campus. The position partners with Heads of Campus, Heads of Sub-School, Teaching staff and Event Coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of programs and events through effective project management.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an educational setting.
- High-level competency in the use of Microsoft Office suite,
online resources and database solutions.
- Experience in the use of Synergetic would be considered highly advantageous.
- Excellent organisational, time management, co-ordination, analytical and problem-solving skills, together with a demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, work with competing demands to meet deadlines, be flexible in responding to changing work priorities with a demonstrated ability to anticipate and action work.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
