Responsibilities
- Performing all food preparation and cooking duties.
- Menu Planning (Chef)
- Working under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work early mornings some weekdays.
- Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
- 1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Qualifications in commercial cookery- Cert III (for Cook) Cert IV (For Chef) or higher
- Flexible availability
- Strong organizational skill, motivational and people skills
- Effective communication skills
- Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, and working to budgets
- Excellent wages and incentives offered to the successful candidate.
Salary Range: $79,000 to $80,000 plus mandatory super.
