This is a varied support role offering exposure to both residential property management and commercial real estate. You will provide support to the Property Manager and Commercial Manager in a busy Kyneton office.
Key responsibilities
Supporting the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties
Assisting with renter and rental provider communication
Preparing correspondence and property documentation
Coordinating maintenance and trades
Assisting with inspections and property-related appointments
General administration, database management and compliance
Supporting the Property Manager and Commercial Manager across their portfolios
About you
Has an Agent Representative Certificate
Has excellent communication and people skills
Has strong attention to detail
Can confidently manage competing priorities
Takes initiative and is happy to jump in when needed
Values professionalism,
honesty and accountability
Enjoys working as part of a supportive, energetic team
Has a genuine interest in property and the local community
Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy setting
