Smithburg at South Melbourne Market is seeking a Sous Chef or Senior CDP to take real ownership, lead shifts and drive standards alongside Head Chef in our high-energy kitchen.

You should have 3+ years in a high-volume kitchen, be comfortable running prep, stocktakes and ordering, and love American diner-style food. Burgers and casual dining experience are a plus.
