Barbossa bar and Bottle shop in South Brisbane is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with OLGR and licensing requirements.

You will manage a small team, oversee night close, help write cocktail menus, train staff, and support events and functions. 30–36 hours per week, meals provided, and opportunities to grow within a family-style business.
