Motto Fashions in Melbourne is seeking an ecommerce lead to drive digital growth across trading, merchandising, acquisition, conversion, CRM and lifecycle marketing, reporting to the GM. You will own day-to-day performance and define the growth roadmap for our bold fashion brand.
You'll focus on optimizing in office experience, testing, CRO, and expanding new channels such as partnerships, marketplaces, social commerce, and customer retention programs.
