Pace Appointments Pty is seeking an experienced Meltshop Supervisor for a hands-on leadership role in a heavy manufacturing foundry. You will lead furnace operations, set production priorities and ensure metal quality, safety and on-time pours in a contemporary meltshop.
Reporting to the Foundry Manager, you will coach and develop the meltshop team, optimise workflow, manage scrap and feedstock, oversee spectrometer use and maintain OH&S; standards while delivering continuous improvement.
