We are looking for an experienced and reliable Butcher to join our team and work an early morning shift from 4:00am to 1:00pm .

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing, cutting and presenting quality meat products while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Cutting, trimming and preparing a range of meat products
- Operation of Bandsaw
- Operation of Mincer
- Portion Cutting
- Boning and portioning meat to specification
- customer orders
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Following food safety and workplace health & safety procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team

About You

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has previous butchering experience
- Has strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Is reliable and comfortable starting at 4:00am
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
