We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and broader HR operations across the business. Working with a high degree of confidentiality, you will play a key role in optimising HR processes, supporting people initiatives and contributing to a positive employee experience.

You will:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, reference checks and onboarding.

Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation and employee correspondence.

Maintain employee records and process HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

Monitor probation periods and coordinate employee onboarding, training and engagement initiatives.

Support HR reporting, policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist the HR team in delivering a positive candidate and employee experience.

The Person

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a HR support or coordination role.

Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, or currently studying towards a relevant qualification (highly desirable).

Knowledge of Fair Work, National Employment Standards and employment legislation.

Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.





Experience in residential construction will be highly regarded.
