We're looking for a rockstar to join our small but mighty team as Assistant Manager, starting the last week of October.
ConKaBar is a café by day and a cocktail bar by night. We need someone with real hands-on skills who is ready to step up and grow into a leadership role with us.
We're a small, fun, tight knit team looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years experience as a barista, bartender and floor attendant
- Confident behind the coffee machine and the cocktail bar
- Robust floor presence and a keen eye for service
- Willingness to learn admin, Square POS and stock ordering for both a bar and a café (we'll train you)
- A genuine people person who loves hospitality and wants to build a career in it
- Reliable, loyal and hardworking. We treat our team like family and we need someone who shows up like one
- Available Tuesday-Sunday
