The Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Assistant to join our Product & Development team, supporting the development and production of RSEA’s in-house product ranges.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will support the planning and coordination of production processes across our in-house sourcing function. This is a varied, hands-on role covering production samples, schedules, costings, fabric and accessory management, bespoke B2B projects and broader production administration.

You’ll work closely with the Production Manager, Garment Technicians, Designers and Category team, while also having exposure to factories and stakeholders across the wider RSEA business.

Key Responsibilities





- Follow up and coordinate production samples

- Receive and allocate incoming parcels and samples

- Code fabrics and accessories and maintain accurate seasonal files

- Update production schedules following production approval

- Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets including costings, timelines and production tracking

- Coordinate bespoke B2B product projects

- Assist with store returns, warehouse issues and general product enquiries

- Work closely with the Production Manager, Garment Technician, Designers and Category team

- Liaise with factories as required under the direction of the Production Manager

About You

- Experience in a similar production, apparel, textiles, manufacturing or product coordination role

- Experience within apparel, textile or product development environments

- Qualifications in textile design and development would be advantageous

- Solid organisational and time-management skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- A flexible, practical and team-focused approach

- Australian working rights
