UCC Coffee is seeking a Payroll Team Lead to guide payroll across Australia and Recent Zealand. This part-time role (4 days a week, North Strathfield) oversees daily operations, leads one direct report, and partners with stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery.
You will manage payroll systems, ensure tax compliance, and drive process improvements while supporting projects and change initiatives to improve efficiency.
