Regency Windows is looking for an experienced Aluminium Cutter / Saw Operator for our factory in Thomastown, Melbourne.
You will take responsibility for the aluminium cutting station and run it independently. The role suits someone with at least 3 years of aluminium window and door cutting experience, or aluminium window and door fabrication experience that includes strong saw experience.
The work
- - Read cutting lists, identify sections, cut accurately and minimise waste
- - Cut aluminium window and door components
- - Operate an Emmegi automated double mitre saw and a manual straight cut saw
- - Run the cutting station independently
- - Help with other factory duties when required
What you need
- - At least 3 years of aluminium window and door cutting experience, or fabrication experience with strong saw experience
- - The ability to take ownership of the cutting station without constant supervision
- - AWS experience is preferred, but not essential
Hours
This is a full time role.
Monday to Thursday, 6.30am to 2.30pm.
Friday, 6.30am to 12.30pm.
