Life Without Barriers is seeking an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant to provide personalised home care support to older Australians in the Geelong area. You will travel between multiple clients' homes across Geelong and surrounding suburbs, with shifts available on casual and permanent part-time basis.
You will assist with domestic tasks, personal care, transportation to appointments, and social activities, while building robust relationships with clients and their families.
