Nexa Solar Australia is an established Australian solar and battery retailer operating across Queensland, New South Wales Tasmania and WA.

Following continued growth, we are expanding our residential sales team and looking for experienced solar sales professionals who know how to CLOSE.

We are recruiting for two types of experienced solar salespeople :

- Face-to-Face Solar Sales Consultants – confident attending pre-qualified in-home appointments and closing customers.
- Phone-Based Solar Sales Consultants – experienced at consulting, quoting, following up and closing complete solar and battery systems over the phone .

If you have genuine solar sales experience and can consistently close deals, we want to hear from you.

THE EARNING OPPORTUNITY

Our commission structure starts from approximately $1,000 per sale and can increase to $4,000+ depending on the system size and package sold.

There is no cap on your earnings .

High-performing consultants within our team can achieve 7–12 sales per week , depending on lead volume, territory and individual performance.

We want experienced salespeople who see a good lead and know exactly what to do with it.

Typical regional roster: 10 days on / 6 days off.

WHO WE WANT

We are mainly looking for EXPERIENCED SOLAR SALES PROFESSIONALS .

You should have:

- Previous residential solar and/or battery sales experience
- Proven ability to close sales
- Strong face-to-face OR telephone closing skills
- Excellent follow-up and objection-handling ability
- Confidence discussing solar, batteries and customer electricity usage
- A strong work ethic and desire to earn at a high level
- Ability to work independently and consistently hit targets
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- ABN
- Ability to start immediately or shortly

We particularly want to hear from experienced phone closers who can take a qualified solar enquiry, build trust with the customer, prepare the right solution and close the entire deal remotely.
