Western NSW Local Health District in Dubbo, NSW, is seeking a Senior Social Worker for a Permanent Full Time role. The position involves delivering high-quality care to sub-acute rehabilitation, transitional care and palliative care patients within the Walanmarra Dubbo Health Service.

You will report to the Walanmarra Allied Health Manager and collaborate with an experienced Allied Health team to support patient-centred care and discharge planning in a rural health setting.
