About the Role

You'll work alongside our room leaders across four rooms - Koalas (6 months-2 years), Possums (2-3), Joeys (3-4) and Kangaroos (4-5). Your day will include:

- Supporting meals, sleep times, hygiene and personal care

- Helping plan and deliver play-based experiences including reading, games and outdoor play

- Following health, safety and child protection procedures

- Observing and documenting children's learning and development

- Building warm, professional relationships with families

What You'll Need

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Valid NSW Working with Children Check

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

- Child Protection / Child Safety training certificate

- A warm, reliable and team-focused approach with a genuine love of working with young children

- We are also open to employing trainees who are currently studying their Diploma or Cert 111 in Early Childhood Care
