S PAUL PTY LTD DESCRIPTION : Experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading and motivating staff, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Skilled in team management, staff training, inventory control, visual merchandising, cash handling, and maintaining high operational standards. Strong ability to build customer relationships, resolve issues effectively, manage store performance, and create a positive and productive workplace environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- 2. Lead, supervise, and motivate store employees to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- 3. Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff to maintain high performance standards.
- 4. Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and store performance objectives.
- 5. Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- 6. Manage stock levels, inventory control, stock replenishment, and stocktake processes.
- 7.



Ensure accurate cash handling, banking, till reconciliation, and financial procedures.
- 8. Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, merchandising, and company brand standards.
- 9. Monitor sales, expenses, and operational costs to support store profitability.
- 10. Prepare and review sales and performance reports and take appropriate corrective action.
- 11. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements, and relevant legislation.
- 12. Manage staff rosters, attendance, leave, and daily task allocation.
- 13. Coordinate promotions, special offers, and visual merchandising activities.
- 14. Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen store performance.
- 15. Liaise with suppliers, head office, and other departments when required.
- 16. Maintain a safe, professional, and positive working workplace for employees and customers.
