Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and conference spaces on the Sunshine Coast. This hands-on role involves coaching the F&B; team, coordinating kitchen and service, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a rapid-paced resort environment.
You will work closely with the F&B; Operations Manager to maintain service standards, manage rostering and drive a collaborative team culture across our vibrant resort.
