Sales Manager - Interventional Cardiology

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Medical Device Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing cardiology business across the Sydney market. Representing an innovative portfolio of interventional cardiology and vascular technologies , this is a key commercial leadership position with responsibility for driving revenue growth, developing strategic hospital partnerships and leading a team across a highly specialised clinical market. This opportunity would suit an established sales leader, or a high-performing senior medical device salesperson ready to step into broader leadership responsibility.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior ANZ leadership, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of the territory, combining strategic account management, people leadership and hands-on market development. You will be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team of medical device sales professionals
- Driving revenue growth across public and private hospital accounts
- Developing strong relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Vascular Specialists, Cath Lab teams, Procurement and senior hospital stakeholders
- Creating and executing territory and account growth strategies
- Identifying new commercial opportunities and increasing product adoption
- Supporting complex clinical cases and maintaining a strong presence within the Cath Lab environment
- Managing key strategic accounts and developing long-term customer partnerships
- Working closely with clinical, marketing and senior leadership teams
- Providing accurate forecasting, pipeline management and market intelligence




- Supporting new product introductions and broader portfolio expansion

About You

To be considered, you will ideally bring:

- Strong medical device sales experience within Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Vascular, Endovascular or a closely aligned clinical market
- Established relationships within the Sydney hospital and specialist network
- A strong understanding of the Cath Lab environment and complex procedural selling
- Demonstrated success growing medical device territories and strategic accounts
- Previous people leadership experience is highly regarded
- Senior Territory Managers or Regional Sales professionals with clear leadership capability are also encouraged to apply
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with senior clinical and commercial stakeholders
- A cooperative, energetic and accountable leadership style
- The ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution
