Job Description

MUJI Knox is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service. This position offers an exciting prospect to lead a dynamic team and drive the success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth




- Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a positive working environment focused on teamwork and individual growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with senior management to report on store performance, provide feedback on market trends, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience

- Experience in a retail Store Manager role or similar managerial role within a fast-paced retail environment
- Leadership experience with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback
- Experience in executing visual merchandise and inventory control strategies to drive sales
- Experience in managing and adhering to budgets to ensure KPIs are met
- Sound conflict resolution and problem solving skills with theability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Excellect time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including deliveries (7am), late night trade(10pm), weekends and public holidays
