- Package $43.77 per hour inclusive of 25% casual loading in lieu of leave entitlements
- Ongoing casual positions available for the right applicants.
- Duties performed as required across all Moyne Shire caravan parks.
- Weekend and Public Holiday work included

Join the Moyne Shire Caravan Parks team as a Casual Relief Customer Service Officer, providing friendly, skilled customer service and supporting the day-to-day operation of our caravan parks across the Shire.

Qualifications and experience

- Employee Working with Children Check
- Driver License
- Previous experience in computerised cash receipting/recording
- Previous Tourism Industry Experience
- Experience operating a reception/front office.
- High level of demonstrated customer service skills.
- Completion of courses/training in customer service or bookkeeping an advantage

Key selection criteria 1

Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

High level of demonstrated customer service skills.

Key selection criteria 3

High level communication skills and proven ability to work as a part of a team.
