ThompsonCook is seeking a technically solid Financial Controller to lead a high-performing finance team in Melbourne. You will support the CFO with capital planning and long-range strategy, while owning month-end close, consolidations and executive reporting across entities.

You will drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis, manage cash flow and banking relationships, and push for automation with ERP/BI tools. Hybrid work model in CBD Melbourne.
