An established Greek restaurant entering an exciting new chapter under new ownership is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead service and help shape the business's next stage. We're looking for a confident, hands-on hospitality professional who can lead a team, maintain high service standards and create the warm, energetic atmosphere of a great Greek taverna.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the FOH team during service
- Manage bookings, table flow and service standards
- Train and develop junior staff
- Coordinate with the kitchen
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Assist with bar, stock and general FOH operations
- Create a welcoming experience that keeps guests returning
About you
- Experienced in restaurant management or senior supervision
- Confident, organised and calm under pressure
- A hands-on leader who is happy to support the team during busy service
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Current NSW RSA required
- Knowledge of Greek food, wine or culture is advantageous but not essential
- Long-term prospect with an established restaurant
Competitive salary/package based on experience and employment structure
Primarily evening work
Closed Monday and Tuesday
