IT Infrastructure Manager – JD

- Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, storage, and end-user computing environments.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and capacity planning.

- Manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365) and drive infrastructure modernization initiatives.

- Develop and implement infrastructure strategies, standards, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technology trends.

- Oversee cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity processes to minimize operational risks.

- Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure teams, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional growth.

- Manage infrastructure projects and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments.

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers,



ensuring optimal service delivery and value for the organization.

Required Experience & Skills

- 8+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Robust expertise in Microsoft technologies, Azure/AWS, networking, virtualization, storage, and cybersecurity.

- Experience with ITIL, infrastructure governance, and project delivery.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
