Malo Civil and Construction is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is focused on the delivery of Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete (FRP) structural works across civil and commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will provide robust on-site leadership, coordinate daily activities and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities, labour and site operations.

Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with client procedures, project standards and site requirements.

Monitor quality, workmanship and compliance with approved scopes, drawings and specifications.

Plan ahead to ensure labour, materials and resources are coordinated to maintain project progress.

Liaise effectively with Project Managers, other trades and contractors to resolve issues and support successful project delivery.

Identify potential issues early and implement practical solutions to minimise delays.

Take ownership of site deliverables and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and programme requirements.

About you

Proven experience within the civil and commercial construction industry, particularly in FRP structural works.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate,



coordinate and guide site teams effectively.

A team-focused mindset and collaborative approach to project delivery.

Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

The ability to think ahead, manage competing priorities and drive outcomes.

A high level of accountability and ownership of project responsibilities.

A strong commitment to safety, quality and project excellence.

The ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet demanding project deadlines.
