Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC is seeking a Youth Development Officer to coordinate youth engagement and development activities at Ripley within Marngoneet Correctional Centre. You will drive living skills, vocational programs, sports and recreation for young people in custody.

The role focuses on tailored support plans, offender management, and collaboration within a structured day workplace to prepare young adults for transition back into the community.
