QAGOMA in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Catering & Events Sous Chef to lead the Back of House kitchen for high‑end events and gallery outlets. You will supervise staff, manage menus, costings and labour to meet KPI targets, while upholding strict food safety and allergen controls.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will work across corporate functions, openings and major events, driving quality, efficiency and teamwork in a dynamic gallery setting.
