Karingal Bowling Club is seeking an experienced Gaming Supervisor to join our vibrant team. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming/bar facilities.

What you'll be doing

- Providing friendly and professional customer service to all members and patronds
- Monitoring gaming machines and assisting customers with any queries or issues
- Ensuring gaming areas are well-presented and adhering to all relevant regulations
- Performing cash handling duties and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to any security or safety concerns in a calm and efficient manner
- Maintaining a robust understanding of gaming policies and procedures

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Gaming Supervisor in a similar hospitality or gaming environment
- Minimum 1-2 years of Gaming Attendant or Supervisor experience required
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Competent in cash handling and the use of gaming systems and equipment
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working a range of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
- A current Responsible Service of Gambling Certificates, Current Gaming Licence, RSA, AML/CTF,
