We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to lead a team of three recruiters while remaining hands‑on with full‑cycle recruitment.

You will manage recruitment delivery across multiple vacancies, oversee recruiter performance, work closely with hiring managers, and personally recruit priority roles.

Key Responsibilities of this role will include:

Lead and manage 3 full‑cycle recruiters.

Allocate vacancies and manage team workload.

Conduct weekly recruitment pipeline reviews.

Manage recruitment KPIs and vacancy ageing.

Personally recruit senior and priority positions.

Conduct hiring‑manager intake meetings.

Proactively source and approach candidates.

Screen, interview and shortlist candidates.

Coordinate interviews and candidate feedback.

Manage salary discussions, offers and negotiations.





Ensure ATS and recruitment data is accurate.

Provide weekly recruitment reporting to management.

The Successful Candidate will have the following skills and experience :

7–10+ years' recruitment / talent acquisition experience.

Previous experience leading or mentoring recruiters.

Strong full‑cycle recruitment experience.

Excellent proactive sourcing skills.

Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Strong hiring‑manager and stakeholder‑management capability.

Experience with SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

We are looking for a hands‑on, execution‑focused recruitment leader who can build strong candidate pipelines, drive recruiters to deliver and take ownership of vacancies through to successful hire.
