Malcolm Civil is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead the protected, efficient delivery of projects across South East Queensland. From principal-contracted projects up to $20M to specialised structures, pavement works and bridge remediation, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, lead crews and subcontractors, and work closely with the Project Manager to deliver quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations, crews, subcontractors and trades
- Coordinate plant, materials, deliveries and resources
- Drive safety, quality and productivity on site
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections
- Monitor progress, productivity, variations and potential delays
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and subcontractors
- Apply practical construction knowledge to improve delivery and efficiency
About you
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor
- Strong civil construction knowledge and site leadership skills
- Confident managing crews, subcontractors and multiple trades
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity
- Ability to read plans, specifications and project documentation
- Practical, proactive and solutions-focused
- Strong communication and organisational skills
