We are representing a leading commercial law practice seeking a talented Litigation Lawyer to join its growing Sydney disputes team.

The role

This role offers exposure to a diverse range of complex disputes, including contractual and commercial claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency and restructuring matters, regulatory investigations and corporate disputes.

You will work alongside experienced Partners on strategic, high-value matters for a sophisticated client base, with opportunities to be involved in matters from an early stage through to resolution. The role will involve drafting court documents and advices, undertaking detailed legal analysis, assisting with evidence and hearing preparation and working directly with clients, counsel and other stakeholders.

The team is collaborative and committed to developing its lawyers,



offering close Partner mentoring, meaningful responsibility and a clear pathway for progression as you continue to build your litigation expertise.

About You

- 2+ years' post-admission experience with commercial litigation or dispute resolution experience
- Strong interest in complex commercial disputes, investigations and regulatory matters
- Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Commercially minded with a practical and proactive approach to client service
- Confident managing competing priorities and working across multiple complex matters
- Team-oriented, intellectually curious and motivated to develop your career within a high-performing disputes practice
