Backpackerboard seeks reliable, hardworking people for the 2026 kiwifruit summer season. Previous kiwifruit or orchard experience is preferred, but everyone is welcome to apply. You must be fit, able to do physical outdoor work, and prepared to work in varying weather conditions.
Training is provided for workers with no prior experience. To work in New Zealand you must have a valid NZ working visa or the right to work, an IRD number, and a Current Zealand bank account.
