West Moreton Health is seeking a Nutrition Assistant to support patient care within a hospital setting. You will work closely with dietitians, other health staff and food services to provide nutrition care and assist with meal and mid-meal provision.
You will follow established procedures, maintain accurate information, and participate in quality improvement activities. A Certificate IV or Bachelor in Nutrition is highly desirable for this role.
