JSG is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to drive sales across two growing sports performance brands — Coach Brandan Jones (CBJ) and Sydney Sports Academy (SSA) .

We've already built the marketing engine.

Through paid advertising, social media, online funnels and our existing databases, we generate a high volume of inbound enquiries from athletes and parents interested in our coaching programs .

Our bottleneck isn't generating interest.

We need a dedicated salesperson who can work the opportunities, follow up consistently and close.

You won't be expected to build marketing campaigns or spend your day searching for leads.

You focus on selling. Our coaching team focuses on delivering.

We're hiring now and are ready to move quickly for the right person.

About JSG

JSG is the company behind Coach Brandan Jones (CBJ) and Sydney Sports Academy (SSA) , both founded and owned by Brandan Jones.

Brandan is an NRL Speed & Agility Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in professional sport.

Through Coach Brandan Jones, Brandan specialises in speed, acceleration, agility and running mechanics specifically for rugby league players, working with athletes ranging from developing juniors through to representative and professional players.

Sydney Sports Academy provides specialist speed, agility and athletic development coaching across a broader range of field and court sports through our growing coaching team.

SSA works with athletes across rugby league, rugby union, soccer, AFL, athletics, basketball, tennis and other field and court sports.

As demand grows, we can continue expanding our coaching capacity. We now need a strong salesperson converting the opportunities coming into the business while our coaches focus on delivering high-quality coaching.

What You'll Sell

You’ll sell across three core coaching offers:

Sydney Sports Academy




Speed and agility coaching packages for field and court sport athletes.

CBJ In-Person Coaching
Premium specialist rugby league speed and agility coaching directly with Brandan.

CBJ Online Coaching
12-week specialist online coaching for rugby league players.

Our coaching packages currently range from approximately $1,500–$3,600 .

These are predominantly inbound and existing opportunities.

You are not expected to generate your own leads. We generate the opportunities. Your job is to convert them.

Your Role

You’ll be responsible for:

- Responding quickly to new inbound enquiries

- Calling qualified leads and conducting sales conversations

- Speaking confidently with athletes, parents and adult clients

- Understanding each athlete's needs and recommending the appropriate coaching program

- Following up prospects consistently

- Confidently asking for the sale and closing coaching packages

- Working through existing warm lead databases

- Reactivating previous enquiries that haven't converted

- Managing leads, tasks, notes and pipeline stages through our CRM

- Tracking conversion rates and individual sales performance

- Working closely with management around coaching availability and capacity

- Identifying opportunities to improve scripts, follow-up and conversion

We don't need you spending your day creating marketing campaigns. We need you selling.

What Success Looks Like

This is an outcomes-driven sales role with clear KPIs .

Once fully established, our target is approximately:

40 package sales per month

across SSA, CBJ In-Person and CBJ Online, with a target of:

$60,000+ in collected monthly sales revenue.

Performance will also be measured across:

- Closed package sales

- Collected sales revenue

- Sales conversion rate

- Speed to lead

- Follow-up completion

- Pipeline management

- Coaching capacity utilisation





There will be an appropriate onboarding and ramp-up period while you learn our products, systems and sales process.

Once established, the expectation is simple:

Work the opportunities. Follow up. Close.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a proven salesperson and closer who:

- Has demonstrated sales and closing experience

- Is confident and persuasive on the phone

- Has experience selling premium or high-value services

- Builds rapport quickly

- Is comfortable asking for the sale

- Understands that consistent follow-up is a major part of successful sales

- Can manage a large pipeline without opportunities falling through the cracks

- Is highly organised and self‑motivated

- Enjoys working towards clear targets

- Takes ownership of their numbers and performance

- Can work independently in a fully remote environment

- Is motivated by uncapped earning potential

- Is available to commence quickly

Experience within sport, fitness, coaching, education, memberships or other service-based businesses would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Sales ability comes first.

Remuneration

$60,000 Base Salary

+ Superannuation

+ Uncapped Commission

At target performance, expected total earnings are approximately $95,000–$100,000+ per year , with further upside for exceeding targets.

There is no commission ceiling .

If you can sell, we want you to be rewarded for it.

This is an outcomes-focused position. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their pipeline and results rather than someone who needs to be constantly managed.
