About the Role

As the first and last impression our guests have of The International, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their entire experience. Your role will involve:

- Being the warm, welcoming face of our venue
- Greeting and warmly welcoming guests with genuine hospitality
- Managing reservations and seating with confidence and efficiency
- Assisting with guest enquiries and requests, going above and beyond every time
- Working closely with the floor and management teams to keep things running seamlessly
- Helping create an exceptional experience from the very moment guests arrive

We're Looking for Someone Who





- Has previous hospitality or customer service experience under their belt
- Is confident, friendly, and always well-presented
- Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills
- Can remain calm, cool, and professional even when the venue is buzzing
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
- Is available to work evenings and weekends
