ABOUT THE CHANCE

Tower Hotel Melbourne is seeking reliable, motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our hospitality team. We have multiple full-time opportunities available across different areas of hotel operations.

Successful candidates will work in a professional hospitality environment and will receive appropriate training where applicable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcoming and assisting hotel guests.
- Providing professional customer service.
- Handling guest enquiries and requests.
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and hotel areas.
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders.
- Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms.
- Sorting, washing, drying and preparing hotel linen.
- Maintaining clean, safe and welcoming hotel facilities.
- Working with housekeeping, reception, kitchen and other hotel departments.
- Following hotel hygiene, health, safety and workplace procedures.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Basic English communication skills.
- Previous hospitality, hotel, cleaning, customer-service or related experience is an advantage, depending on the position.
- Training may be provided where applicable.




- Reliable and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Valid passport for applicants applying from overseas.
