Interim Head of Insights, Segmentation & Strategy

The Company is in search of a Head of Insights, Segmentation & Strategy to spearhead the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies that drive sustainable growth. This senior leadership role is pivotal in leading a high-performing team and championing a customer-led approach, ensuring that customer needs, behaviors, and experiences are at the forefront of strategic planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and evolving the company's Voice of Customer, brand health, and customer research programs, as well as driving customer strategy, segmentation, and priority customer cohort frameworks.

They will be expected to identify emerging customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities, and to deliver compelling insights and strategic recommendations to executive and board stakeholders.
