Premium Lawn Care Services is a growing, family-owned lawn and garden maintenance business servicing residential and commercial properties throughout Springfield Lakes and surrounding suburbs.

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Lawn & Garden Maintenance Operator to join our team in a permanent full-time position.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who already has professional lawn mowing and garden maintenance experience, takes pride in producing high‑quality work and wants secure, consistent employment with a growing local business.

Pay & Benefits

$77,000–$82,000 total remuneration package including 12% superannuation, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.

This is equivalent to approximately:

- $35–$37 per hour base rate
- 12% superannuation
- Performance bonuses available
- Formal performance reviews every 6 months

The starting wage offered will be relevant to your experience, qualifications and demonstrated capability.

Your wage will be formally reviewed as part of our 6‑monthly performance review process and adjusted where appropriate based on factors including performance, reliability, productivity, quality of work, additional skills and increased responsibility.

Your Day‑to‑Day Role

Your duties will include:

- Professional lawn mowing
- Whipper snipping and edging
- Blowing and property clean‑up
- Hedge trimming
- Pruning
- Weed control and spraying
- General garden maintenance
- Garden bed maintenance
- Mulching
- Green waste removal
- Turf and basic soft landscaping work
- Safe operation of lawn and garden machinery
- Basic equipment care and maintenance
- Maintaining clean and professional work sites
- Working efficiently through scheduled residential and commercial jobs
- Providing friendly and professional customer service

Essential Requirements

You must have:

- Minimum 12 months’ paid qualified lawn mowing or garden maintenance experience
- Confidence operating commercial lawn mowing equipment
- Experience with whipper snipping and edging
- Experience using blowers and common garden maintenance equipment
- Current driver’s licence
- Australian working rights
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Ability to provide employment references

Successful applicants may be required to complete appropriate pre‑employment checks, including drug and alcohol screening.

Desirable

The following are advantageous but not essential:

- Certificate II or III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, Landscaping or similar
- White Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Weed spraying experience
- Hedge trimming and pruning experience
- Commercial property maintenance experience
