Ausco Modular is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to draft, review and negotiate construction works contracts and hire contracts. This hands-on role supports major projects across Australia and Recent Zealand from our Redbank national office in a hybrid schedule.
You will independently manage contract risk, advise project and operations teams, review tenders and support dispute resolution, with a view to seamless business delivery and continuous improvement of templates and processes.
