About the Business Traineeship:

- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting customers, managing reception duties, and creating a positive first impression.
- Coordinate vehicle bookings and assist with conducting vehicle demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Manage follow‑ups with customer leads and enquiries via phone, online platforms, and in‑person interactions.
- Maintain accurate customer information, records, and sales documentation.
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to support a smooth customer experience.
- Ensure vehicles and the showroom are presented to a high professional standard at all times.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn while completing a Certificate III in Business.
