I’m currently recruiting for a Leading Hand to join a reputable high-end residential builder, working across some of Sydney’s most sought-after locations.
The successful candidate will have a carpentry trade background and will be involved in delivering luxury residential projects valued between $5M–$10M.
The Role
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades on site
- Assist with the day-to-day delivery of high-end residential projects
- Ensure works are completed to a high standard of quality and workmanship
- Coordinate construction sequencing, materials and site logistics
- Monitor site safety, quality and productivity
- Work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team
- Remain hands-on and provide practical support on site when required
What We’re Looking For
- Carpentry trade background is essential
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand,
Foreman or experienced Carpenter
- Strong experience in high-end residential construction
- Experience working on $5M–$10M luxury residential projects
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, quality and finishes
- Ability to coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Relevant carpentry qualifications and White Card
