Plus Fitness Blaxland is seeking a motivated and personable Personal Trainer to join our friendly, community-focused gym in the Lower Blue Mountains.

This prospect is ideal for a qualified trainer who is passionate about helping people build confidence, improve their health and achieve sustainable fitness results. You will have the opportunity to grow your own client base while working within a supportive and welcoming club environment.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver safe, professional and personalised training sessions
- Conduct fitness assessments and design individual training programs
- Support clients with technique, progression and accountability
- Build positive relationships with members and generate new client leads
- Complete consultations and follow up prospective clients
- Maintain a professional, approachable presence within the gym
- Assist with member engagement, events and fitness initiatives
- Maintain accurate client records and uphold club safety standards

Essential requirements

- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current professional registration and insurance




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organised and self-motivated
- A genuine commitment to member care and professional development

Desirable attributes

- Experience working with clients of different ages and fitness levels
- Strength and conditioning, rehabilitation or group fitness experience
- Confidence in consultations, client retention and business development
- Availability during high-demand morning and afternoon/evening periods
