Property Compliance Australia (PCA) is anindustry leader in providing smoke alarm compliance services. We service some of the largest and most recognised real estate brands over multiple states and proud to be Queensland owned and operated.

Due to continuing growth, a new opportunity existsfor a licensed electrician to join our team on a part time basis (3 days per week) to help check and replace/install smoke alarms (no ceiling work) and safety switches at residential rental properties.

A relatively new work vehicle is provided as regular trips to Atherton, Mission Beach and surrounding areas is required.

What you’ll do:

Test, replace, and maintain smoke alarms to ensure properties meet compliance standards

Work independently with all jobs scheduled for you

Use company-provided tools, vehicle,



and technology to complete your work efficiently

About you:

You must be a qualified Electrician and hold a current Electrical Licence

Well presented in a friendly manner

Ability to use modern technology

Ability to climb up and down ladders multiple times a day

Proven abilityto work unsupervised
