Ventia is seeking a Network Operations Officer to join its VOC team in Cremorne, VIC. You will monitor, support, and maintain critical communications infrastructure across cellular, optical, satellite, radio, transmission and embedded systems, acting as the first point of contact for operational support.
This role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays. You will log and track incidents with ITSM tools, perform first‑level troubleshooting, escalate
